Man, that was a gooooood show.
I’m bummed I missed this one. Grand Ole Party was great last time I saw them, not so hot this time? And, well, of course Spiritualized. Great show at the Gothic a few years back. What was I thinking again?

oh man…the Giraffes were in rare form. Best show at Mono that I saw. Off the hook as usual. Imagine the rakish lead singer whipping out a comb and running it through his ‘stache up on the big rocks behind the Gigbot stage and you’ll get the idea.
I was at Alma’s wedding in bk!
Both were good…Dandy’s are just a great band. Played lots of their old stuff. Darker My Love was cool, but the sound was a bit muddy. Want to catch them at the Larimer in November.
